Ambitious doesn’t even begin to describe the scale and scope of No Way Home. Even though it doesn’t boast the star-studded cast of MCU’s other billion-dollar films, Tom Holland’s third solo Spider-Man outing was the first big MCU film to explore the multiverse. In addition to Holland’s Peter Parker, No Way Home also saw the return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, who reprised their roles as different variants of Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Meanwhile, villains from previous Spider-Man franchises appeared in No Way Home as well. By the end of No Way Home, Sony and Marvel closed the chapter on Holland’s origin story in the MCU. The rest of the universe no longer knows who Peter Parker is, allowing for endless possibilities on where the MCU can take Spider-Man next. For now, Sony is focused on how far it can take No Way Home. Deadline has released the 200-page script of the latest MCU movie, which was written by Chris McKenna and Eric Sommers. The title page, Serenity Now, was used to keep things a secret and confidential before the movie was released. Many believe that superhero films shouldn’t receive nominations for prestigious awards in Hollywood. Just like MCU’s Black Panther, which was nominated for Best Picture, among others, Sony’s bid to put No Way Home in the same conversation has become the subject of debate. Having said that, re-reading the script is a great way to relive some of the best moments from No Way Home as you wait for its digital release. It’s also fun to watch where Marvel and Sony changed things from the script to the actual product. Speaking of No Way Home, Marvel and Sony just lifted the embargo on No Way Home spoilers after releasing official stills from non-trailer scenes in the movie. Hopefully, this means that the digital release of No Way Home is near, which previous reports suggest will happen on February 28.
