We’ve known that there will be some large, paid expansions coming, as well as smaller infusions of free DLC, much like in the case of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and this latest message reiterates that. The above message flickers on the screen at the 2:09 mark. Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine were both large expansions that sported more content than some entire games did, wrapping up all the loose ends of the entire series with well crafted story lines and an ending that, against all odds, managed to stuck the landing. If that’s the kind of quality we can expect from the expansions of Cyberpunk 2077 then we can’t wait to get our hands on them, and the game is barely even out yet! But before we get there, we’ll first be kicking our free DLC program in early 2021. Just like with the Witcher 3, expect an assortment of free DLC packs to begin hitting Night City, dropping a bunch of cool stuff that’ll inject even more life into the world of the dark future. We hope you’re looking forward to them! Cyberpunk 2077 launched today on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Google Stadia today.
