So, it shouldn’t come off as a surprise that PlayStation owners will get exclusive benefits for the upcoming Call of Duty title, Vanguard.
What are the PlayStation-exclusive benefits for Call of Duty: Vanguard
Activision recently released a story trailer for Call of Duty: Vanguard, which you can watch below. If you stay until the end, you’ll see the words “exclusive benefits” written for the PS4 and PS5. Unfortunately, Activision stopped short of what kind of benefits PS owners will have for Sledgehammer Games’ newest Call of Duty installment. However, we can only assume that it won’t be anything different from the previous Call of Duty titles. We also finally have a clue of when the next Call of Duty game is going to release based on the trailer. Because all the exclusive content for PlayStation owners will only last until November 1, 2022, we can only assume that Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty game will release by then. Speaking of, Tom Henderson claims that Infinity Ward’s next take on Call of Duty will be released as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. After this, the series will go back to a semi-futuristic setting for 2023 with Treyarch as the main developer.
